Richard "Dickie" L. Williams (born 16 March 1925Mountain Ash — died 26 March 1997 (aged 72) in Leeds) was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s and '50s who at club level played rugby union (RU) for Mountain Ash RFC, and Bristol RUFC, and at representative level played rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Leeds, and Hunslet, playing at Stand-off/Five-eighth, i.e. number 6.[1]
inDickie Williams won caps for Wales (RL) while at between Leeds 1947…1953 13-caps, and also won caps for Great Britain (RL) while at Leeds between 1948…1954 12-caps.[2]
Dickie Williams also represented Great Britain while at Hunslet between 1952 and 1956 against France (1 non-Test match).[3]
